Return Policy
CHANGE PROCEDURE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed with the process of changing the product within 14 days from the day of receipt, by filling in the Change / Return Form at the bottom (footer) of the eshop.
After we receive your request and contact you via email or phone to approve the change, you carefully pack the parcel you want to change and send it at the recipient's charge (ours) by calling the courier company that brought you the parcel.
The first change costs € 3.50 which are included in your new order and are paid for with the delivery of your new parcel.
For each change from there on the customer charges a shipping fee of € 5.00 (five) euros
All products belonging to the category "Underwear", "Socks-tights" are NOT subject to change for reasons of hygiene. All products must be returned new, unused, with the protective stickers, intact with all the barcode tabs attached to them.
Any products that have been returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the expense of the return cost.
The new products you choose should be of equal or greater value than the products you want to change. Any monetary difference is not offset by shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw if you wish. The return cost amounts to five euros €5.00 and is deducted from the amount of the return.
First, fill out the Change/Return Form found at the footer of our eshop. When we receive your request we will send you an approval email for the return of the package. Then you should deliver the parcel to the courier company that originally delivered your order (ELTA courier, or Geniki Taxydromiki) with a charge to our company. In case you paid by cash on delivery or by bank deposit, inside the package you attach a piece of paper with the order number, the IBAN number of your bank account, which bank it belongs to and the name of the beneficiary. If you paid for your order by card, the money will be refunded to your card.
The refund is made within 7 working days from the date of receipt and initial pay on delivery costs are not refunded.
CAUTION:
Shipments by plain mail are NOT accepted.
The value of the products is returned by us and not the cash on delivery costs.

For the return of your order from Cyprus, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive your parcel, we refund your card or the account you indicate to us (any bank transfer costs borne by the customer), the value of the products you have returned to us. Returns on discounted products are not made. It is good for the security of your parcel to keep the shipment number of the parcel you return to us. Shipping costs the customer.
