Personal data is protected and managed in accordance with the terms and rules of Greek law and in particular Law 2472/1997, and the company strictly follows all the rules established by the relevant legal framework. The personal data is collected by the company exclusively in the context of conducting transactions with a be ba blom and our communication with the Customer for the completion of orders, the facilitation of deliveries, the general execution of orders, the service of requests of Customers, as well as the sending of informative messages in relation to our products and services. All personal data collected through the special electronic form of a be ba blom are the absolutely necessary for the performance of the above services by us and are subject to the full and unconditional consent / consent of the Customers. The Customer is able to access this data at any time as well as to request the immediate deletion of his data and his deletion as a registered user. He is also entitled to exercise all his rights under Articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997. Customers' personal data is not disclosed to any third party and is managed exclusively by a be ba blom.

The only exceptions are:

1) The data related to the execution and settlement of electronic payments via credit card carried out by our trusted partners - financial institutions that follow all the appropriate security procedures to secure the information and
2) The data that are absolutely necessary for the execution of the order (transport, storage, etc.) by the companies cooperating with us.

Because the personal information of each Customer and the contact information provided on a be ba blom are extremely important for the execution of their online transaction with us, the Customer must be sure that the information he has given us is absolutely correct. The Company takes every possible care to receive the correct information and, for this reason, requests at the end of the completion of the information that the Customer re-checks this information and then sends it to us with his explicit consent. Therefore, our company does not bear any responsibility in case any of its contractual or legal obligations are not fulfilled properly and / or in time due to sending incorrect personal information. The same applies to the communication and shipping address of the products as well as to the contact telephones. In any case, the Customer is obliged to update his data every time there is a change in them.
